D & AD - I have no idea what it is or does but it’s clearly evil. It seems to be an organization whose sole purpose is to give out awards to their friends. Friends in this case being people who have purchased a ‘classy’ membership. Greatest fascist dictator. Adolf Hitler.
The advertising for this years awards has a ‘presidential’ theme in which the ‘president’ delivers a speech about ‘creativity’ in ‘as many languages as possible.’ Confusingly as ‘many languages as possible’ is actually 13 languages and when the title says the ‘president’ is addressing ’the world’ he is actually addressing his ‘fellow creatives’.
Does this mean everyone in ‘the world’ is creative and should enter the competition? Or does it mean that the ‘creative community’ is the only thing of worth in ‘the world’? Or is it some terribly clever use of irony?
